When making a return, insure the item for it's purchase price and pre-pay the shipping charge; if the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error made by Compass Enterprises Inc., we will refund any shipping charges you had to pay to return the item.

Compass Enterprises will accept product for return or exchange under the following conditions: -All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Compass Enterprises Inc. before shipping any product to our office. -To receive a return authorization number, please contact the Customer Service Department at services@compasslocker.com or call our office at 718-409-5064 between the hours of 9am and 5pm est. Monday through Friday. -Products should be returned in their original box -Please make note of pre-authorization number on outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange. -NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER without first getting approval or authorization from Compass Enterprises Inc.
